Pronounced: Shah-re-yah
I designed and governed the data infrastructure for 686,000+ COVID-19 vaccinations across Georgia, turning fragmented public health data into audit-ready reporting for HHS, CDC, and state agencies. Result: Zero audit findings on a $2.16M federal grant, plus $1.18M reinvested into local economies through equitable resource deployment. I specialize in building governance systems that don't just comply; they drive better decisions and health equity outcomes.
My specialty: designing governance systems, analytics pipelines, and compliance frameworks that are inherently defensible and operationally efficient.

"Empowering Communities: Bridging Health Equity in Georgia through Incentive-Based Vaccination Programs"
When CORE's vaccine incentive program was reaching 21,000+ Georgians, I co-authored this data-driven brief to provide evidence-based proof of impact. Analyzing 21,000+ vaccination records across 2,308 events, the brief demonstrated that incentivized sites achieved 377% higher participation, delivered $1.18M in direct assistance to underserved communities, and successfully targeted high-need areas based on Social Vulnerability Index mapping. Published by CORE and now being used as a model for vaccine equity programs, this work directly shaped donor conversations and influenced government partner strategy.
Why it matters: This shows I translate data into actionable evidence that changes decisionsβthird-party published validation of impact, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and ability to tell data stories that resonate with leadership.
